The location of the hotel was amazing, just a short walk away from the Danube and the main square. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a good shower and toilet facilities. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also very tasty and had a great variety of options to choose from. the value for money at this hotel was excellent compared to other cities in Bulgaria.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the wifi in the room was quite problematic and only worked well near the staircase or downstairs.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the spacious room and the reliable shower and toilet facilities. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with the Danube just a stone's throw away and the main square within walking distance. The breakfast offered a great variety and was of excellent quality. Compared to similar hotels in Varna or Sofia, the value for money at this hotel was exceptional.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a perfect location near the city center. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The bar was a standout feature, boasting an impressive selection of beers from around the world. The hotel itself had a charming exterior and a grand staircase. The breakfast service was flexible, allowing me to enjoy a late meal after an early appointment. a delightful experience.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The grand old building had a charming ambiance that reminded me of a bygone era. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax and socialize. Being a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility with conveniently located elevators and well-lit hallways. It made navigating around the hotel easy and safe.

I would have preferred if the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. As someone who values personal assistance, I feel it would have been beneficial to have staff members who were more understanding and knowledgeable regarding the specific needs and concerns of senior people.

I recently stayed at Roger's hotel in Ruse and I must say, the experience was quite pleasant. The database mentioned that the hotel has basic and old rooms, but to my surprise, I found my room to have air conditioning. This was a great relief in the summer heat. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

I did encounter one minor issue during my stay. They initially gave us a double room instead of the triple room we had reserved.
